What is the official knife kit from the Art Institute of Houston?

I saw it once but I can not remember what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

As far as I know cooking schools recommend knives official Culinary Institute of America. These knives are clearly renamed as the Institute does not make knives. Specifically X50CrMoV15 is used in the knives. same steel used in the kitchen large number of knives, including Wusthoff, Henckel, Forschner, and others. And these knives are cheaper too.
