You put products in the top of the feeder, gravity will make them fall through the feeder and with the feeder set to allow one item at a time, counting can take place. The vibration is to ensure the material doesn't get congested.
Vibratory Screens & Vibratory Sieves provide effective separation, efficient classification and product integrity of a vast array of materials and products. You can get both circular and rectangular linear vibratory screeners to maximise performance according to the materials handled. This vibration can be adjusted for optimum results. Some screens and sieves have ultrasonic technology which allows efficient screening and classification of materials and products from fine powders (60micron) up to products 50mm in diameter.
To pack with boxes you can get case erectors which automate this process. Most systems will allow you to switch between box sizes when required. You can program the machines to memorise many different box formats. You start with cardboard sheets and they get assembled with hot melting glue.
Case closers are a multi-format box closing system that uses a glue melt system to form the closing operation. This system can close up to 1200 boxes per hour which is pretty efficient. Again they will allow you to close boxes of different lengths, widths, and heights and allow instantaneous automatic format change.
