How do you sand implements?
I have two sanding blocks. I tried to cuticle nippers sand because they now are dull and do not cut cuticles easily. I tried to use the work, and I do it wrong because no matter how times I do, it remains dull. I tried wet sanding block, but it's still the same dismal results. Any advice? Thank you.
