With the NEC or Axxium OPI nail system, how much damage the nail bed?
I decided after years of difficulties that Acrylic Nails and gel are not for me because too much damage is done to my nail bed by the automatic mill. I tried to find a local salon who chooses to grind by hand, but there are none, and I have no jurisdiction to do so myself. Then on CND and OPI Axxium systems, is used by the automatic mill needed at all? Or is it a light hand on the polishing surface of the nail just real? After the gel is soaked off, How bare nails look so much? Can you choose not to have another application, or are you STUCK with nails damaged until they grow again? I would like to nail technicians who have used either of these products, or someone who has used CES marks only ... thank you for visiting!
I did not use shellac, but NEC Make OPI Axxium soak off the gel system is great! But from what I saw, if you dip out properly instead of choosing them, your natural nail plate must not be damaged. Shellac does not require any filing of nails on top and the SOG Axxium requires the filing minimum to take the gloss only. You can choose not to get another application if you wish, it is totally up to you. Remember after takeoff any artificial nails, you must have cuticle oil to your cuticles and nails strengthen your nails.
