Get OPI Nail Polish Cheaper
If you have OPI nail polish in a pharmacy is it lower quality?
I was at Ulta yesterday and I realized I saw some of the same shades of nail Target and CVS recently and they were like a dollar cheaper. So it got me thinking, I know that the products they sell salon in the target and places like that arn't as good, but what about the nail OPI nail marks like? Are they as good? If so, I think I'll buy them there ... anyone know? 
OPI OPI is, no matter where you go buy it. They could have been sitting on the longest pharmacy counter because people are more likely to achieve BPR in a lounge for the higher price because they do not notice pharmacies sell it. Be sure to shake the nail polish before use.
