More and more people are turning to their computers first as a resource for purchasing goods and services. Thus, even a business offline emailbox must recognize that a consumer, not the snail-box mailbox is where the products are sold today.

Email is very important today. Ignore it and you'll be left out. However, while the costs of printing and postage requires some investment, offline marketing is often more profitable than e-mail.
Like any other type of marketing e-mail marketing has only one objective: to communicate clearly the benefits of buying a product or a service. All this amounts to giving consumers the information they need to buy.
Despite its importance, many salon and spa owners treat writing e-mail that is a chore, a waste of time, or worse, to a lesser form of communication. For this reason, it is not given the same amount of care and attention than putting pen to paper.

Tip # 1 - Use appropriate greetings
When properly used, greetings are an effective means to the atmosphere of the letter. Think of it as a handle hand, another way to greet your reader. It allows the reader into the right frame of mind, preparing you for your message.
Nothing is more convincing as personalization and we all respond with interest when we see our name. When you include your name in the prospect hello, you are likely to get a much more positive response than a generic "Dear Friend." A custom opening words, "This is for you. "
TIP # 2 - make the issue Subject
Your e-mail subject of the topic is one of the first things your reader see. Often, especially when sorting, it is the only way you can distinguish an e-mail each other. Make it Count. It is also important that a title on an ad or a sales letter.
Tip # 3 - Use a dictionary
First, it is a good practice. Second, you'll be confident when "experimenting" with new words and expressions. Until you verify that what you write is spelled correctly and is used in the proper context, you'll naturally increase your word power and further improve your own writing style. And this will, in turn, make your emails more readable and easier to understand.
Tip 4 - Do not be afraid to make your e-mail staff with Smiley Faces etc. ..
Some call the emoticons, some call them smiley faces. And they are great when you really want your reader know what you feel, or how you want your reader to feel, and you simply do not have the words nor the time to tell.
Emotions are most appropriately used in e-mail, sports and more effective when used sparingly. Me I use them when I want the reader to know that all is well, do not worry about it. Just as it is hard not to smile when someone smiles at you, is the same for the smiling faces. (See what I mean?)
Tip # 5 - the state to remove all doubts
There is nothing worse than a misunderstood email salon . One way to avoid it is to start your e-mail address with which you write what you write and how you came to your conclusions. Then proceed with your comment.
