What is the best OPI nic sticks or Hansen nail art pens Sally?

I really want to buy a pen, nail polish, but i cannot decide varnish better and goes on smooth. any help?

I bought the stick nic and did not like. SH is really good, at least for me. Even if I do not like HS all, I liked it:} And, truly, a pen may prove to be good because you just need practice. If the quality is good, that is.
