Claims
1. A manufacturer of artificial grass fibers having an elongated cross section which remains substantially constant along its longitudinal axis, wherein said cross-section is wedge shaped, said wedge having a length and a width A, B is the ratio A: B is in the range of 2 to 12.5.
2. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the width B is in the range 200-500 microns.
3. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the length A is about 1 to 2.5 mm.
4. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the fiber comprises a material consisting of polyester, polypropylene, ethyl vinyl acetate, saturated thermoplastic elastomer styrene, polyamides, polyethylene compounds and copolymers of ethylene and acrylate, or their combinations.
5. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 4, wherein the polyethylene compounds include one or more of polyethylene high density, medium density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, and polyolefin anhydride modified, and polypropylene compounds.
6. The artificial grass manufacturer fiber according to claim 4, wherein the polyester comprises polyethylene terephthalate and / or trimethylene terephthalate.
7. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 4, wherein the polyamide comprises co-polyamide (6 / 66) and / or polyamide-6.

10. Fiber artificial turf of claim 9, wherein the cellulose derivatives include viscose cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose (di) acetate, cellulose (tri) acetate and combinations thereof.
11. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 1, wherein a value-tex for all artificial grass ranges between 4000 and 20,000 dtex.
12. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 1, wherein the fiber artificial turf has a section that has a narrowing near the thickening the wedge shape of both sides.

A method for producing a fiber artificial turf comprising extruding a material into an extruder in which the material leaving the extruder is stretched to a level of 1:03 to 1:07, in which the artificial grass has an elongated shape section that remains substantially constant along its longitudinal axis, said cross section is wedge shaped, said wedge having a length and a width AB, the report A: B is in the range of 2 to 12.5.

19. The artificial grass fiber according to claim 17, wherein the polyethylene compounds include one or more of high density polyethylene, medium-high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, and anhydride modified polyolefins and polypropylene compounds.

The artificial Manufacturer grass fibers according to claim 18, wherein the polyethylene compounds include one or more of high density polyethylene, polyethylene medium density, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, and anhydride modified polyolefins and compounds polypropylene.
