My nails are short. I need a simple design for my nail polish. I want the black nail polish and a drawing. Help with design. Pics. are useful or details.

try the towel ... all colors work, white is beautiful, but all the neon colors would look more teenager-y. get some cosmetic sponges (from CVS or Kroger or Publix - in the driveway of beauty), painting an edge thereof (not thick) and just tap the nail completely after i sec .. it should look like splashes of paint soon! dots, stripes, or stickers are certain concepts easier
